RGSTC Member Benefits 2024

Here are the benefits that all members will continue to enjoy:

  • 10 free guest passes
  • Full food truck schedule (at least 2 a month)
  • Opportunities to participate in swim team, tennis, boot camp and yoga (additional fees apply)
  • Tennis Courts- access to courts, plus a NEW ball machine for adults to check out for practice
  • Social events such as 4th of July, Kids’ ice cream social, Last Hurrah and 2 adult socials (will require an admission ticket).

RGSTC Legacy Pass

What is an RGSTC Legacy Pass?

This is a special opportunity for those families, primarily couples, who have been long-time members, to give up their full-time membership but still enjoy RGSTC on an occasional basis.

  • Legacy Pass holders receive 20 Legacy Passes (as Legacy Pass holders, they will not need a member to attend the pool.) Note: Legacy Pass members will also not be allowed to bring guests, including children, guests will still need to attend with a full member. Legacy Passes are only valid for the two adults listed on the Legacy membership.
  • Legacy Pass holders may attend adult socials, participate in tennis, boot camp and yoga (additional fees may apply).
  • Limited number of Legacy Passes are available and are first come first served. We limit the number of Legacy Passes each year. The number of Legacy Passes issued each summer will be determined by the Executive Board of the RGSTC pool board at the October membership meeting and will take the number of those on the pool membership waitlist into account.
  • Legacy Pass members will be issued a new sign in number and must sign in at the pool entrance at each visit. Those in violation of this rule will be subject to having their Pass terminated, without refund.
  • Legacy Passes must be purchased prior to April 1 to allow your full-time membership spot to be offered to a family on the waitlist. Legacy Passes will be offered up to one month prior to regular membership renewals to allow eligible families the opportunity to switch to this level of Pass.
  • If a family decides to move to a Legacy membership Pass, but then in subsequent years wants to move back to a full membership, they will move to the top of the membership waitlist. A family may not switch between the Full Membership/ Legacy Pass levels in the same season. April 1 locks in a family level for that year.
  • Legacy Pass cost is 50% the posted regular membership dues.
  • Legacy Pass holders are not eligible for guest Passes. Guests must attend with full members, this includes children.
  • Legacy Pass applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis and will be numbered as they are received automatically in our registration system. Please submit your application (here). All Legacy Pass applications are subject to board approval and must meet all posted requirements.

Criteria (all must apply):

  • Open to those members who have been RGSTC members for 8+ years
  • Open only to adult Legacy members ages 50+, maximum 2 adult names from the same household may be on a Legacy Pass. One adult may be 50+ and the other just shy of this age. This pass is intended for couples and individuals, not families. Children, teens and adult children do not qualify for a Legacy Pass.
  • Must be a current member. If you are a previous member and meet the above criteria, you may return to the RGSTC waitlist (you will be placed at or near the top, same as any returning member). When your name is at the top, you will be contacted my our membership chairs. If a Legacy Pass is available, you will be able to take that option.
  • Why a Legacy Pass option? We have an extensive pool membership waitlist. A Legacy Pass option allows for long-time members of our pool community who want to stay connected but may not visit as often as they used to to remain a part of our community, while also allowing newer families to join and enjoy our facilities. The board believes this best allows us to maintain a vibrant social community, robust swim and tennis programs, and be more inclusive in our membership.

How to apply:

  • Follow this link on or after noon on January 18, 2025.
  • Fill out the form in its entirety and submit.
  • No money will be collected at this time. Once your application has been reviewed, to make sure all criteria have been met, an invoice will be sent to you for payment.
  • We ask that payment be cleared within 30 days upon invoice being sent. This is a courtesy to fellow members who may be placed on a waitlist. If for some reason this is not possible, please let our membership team know.
  • NOTE: For the 2025 season, we are allowing 20 Legacy Passes. We will keep a waitlist if we exceed this level and those on the waitlist will be asked to renew mid-February at the regular member rate. Depending on the RGSTC Board’s number of Legacy Passes it releases each following year, members of the waitlist will be given priority. There is not a guarantee that the RGSTC board will release additional Legacy Passes each year, the number of Passes is dependent on the full membership waitlist and will be decided at the October membership meeting.
